What you will do
- Define, analyze, and predict pipeline and revenue impact from sales and marketing events
- Own event strategy, selection, GTM team activation, and follow-up processes
- Manage lead capture and ROI tracking
- Ensure alignment between PeopleOps, Marketing, Business Development, and Sales
- Analyze performance and recommend optimizations to scale high-ROI events
Requirements
- 5-8 years in events management
- Experience as events manager for B2B software
- Track record maintaining accountability without direct control over outputs
- Strong multitasking with high-touch support
- Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Nice to have
- Passion for or experience in the AEC industry
