TL;DR

Implementation Manager (SaaS/B2B): Leading customer onboarding and workflow optimization to ensure time-to-value for B2B clients with an accent on project management and change management. Location: Santiago, Chile (Hybrid: Office attendance required Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

What you will do

  • Oversee implementation engagements as a product SME for new customer onboardings and workflow optimizations.
  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful execution and achievement of milestones.
  • Lead change management strategies to minimize user resistance and promote smooth transitions for clients.
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and documentation to educate customers on effective workflow use.
  • Manage cut-over and migration experiences from legacy systems to hirify.global with minimal disruption.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to define project scope and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Santiago, Chile.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Customer Success within a SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects for SMB to Mid-Market clients.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues in simple terms.
  • Technical proficiency in understanding and discussing concepts like APIs and webhooks.
  • Experience delivering presentations to diverse audiences, from end-users to executives.
