What you will do
- Oversee implementation engagements as a product SME for new customer onboardings and workflow optimizations.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful execution and achievement of milestones.
- Lead change management strategies to minimize user resistance and promote smooth transitions for clients.
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and documentation to educate customers on effective workflow use.
- Manage cut-over and migration experiences from legacy systems to with minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to define project scope and influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Must be based in Santiago, Chile.
- At least 2 years of experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Customer Success within a SaaS company.
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects for SMB to Mid-Market clients.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues in simple terms.
- Technical proficiency in understanding and discussing concepts like APIs and webhooks.
- Experience delivering presentations to diverse audiences, from end-users to executives.
