What you will do

• Develop and manage go-to-market strategies for North America Corporate Learning, specifically targeting employee training ICPs.
• Curate and execute multi-channel demand generation plans, coordinating with BDR, performance marketing, events, and product marketing teams.
• Design integrated ABM campaigns and pipeline acceleration programs to translate marketing activity into revenue.
• Monitor and optimize performance at every stage of the funnel to improve conversion and engagement rates.
• Manage project administration, including status reporting and monitoring campaign KPIs and results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally as the primary liaison between Sales, Business Development, and Marketing.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 3–6 years of B2B SaaS experience managing complex demand generation or growth marketing programs.
• Experience with corporate learning initiatives and employee training ICPs.
• Proven track record of using campaign and pipeline data to make strategic recommendations.
• Strong goal orientation focused on business impact and pipeline growth.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
