Location: Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands office (hybrid: 3+ days per week in office, flexibility for remote otherwise). Extensive travel required (1-2 times per month).

What you will do
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to accelerate growth, including market research and business plans.
- Lead and mentor a team of Key Account Managers to build partnerships, drive revenue, and expand accounts.
- Drive digital innovation and sponsorship strategies, leading the Agile Sponsorship Hub and creating impactful packages.
- Manage events through Sr. Key Account Managers, utilising insights for exhibitor engagement and sales plan delivery.
- Monitor performance metrics, set financial targets, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Content, Marketing) and external partners for seamless event execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience directly managing senior-level teams.
- Track record in driving ancillary revenues (sponsorship, digital, lead insights).
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, relationship management, digital marketing, event management, analytical, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in performance reporting and budgeting; Salesforce highly desirable.
- Ability and availability for extensive travel (approx. 1-2 times per month).
- Innovative, solution-oriented, customer-focused mindset.
