TL;DR
Partnership Team Leader (Wellness): Managing the acquisition and retention of wellness providers in the Benelux region to expand the partner network with an accent on localized sales playbooks and partner success. Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam (minimum 2 days per week in-office)

What you will do
- Define and optimize sales and success playbooks specifically for the Benelux region.
- Implement localized onboarding and retention flows to ensure partner satisfaction and profitability.
- Align local priorities with global expansion goals and deliver on network growth KPIs.
- Establish scalable processes and ways of working to support long-term network sustainability.
- Lead complex, high-stakes negotiations with major partners, serving as a role model for the team.
- Analyze performance metrics from outbound to retention to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management leadership, preferably in startups, HR-tech, or fitness.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required (French is a strong plus).
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create workflows in undefined markets.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Excel for data-driven decision making.
- Proven experience as a supportive and direct people manager.
- Must be based in or be able to work from the Amsterdam office (hybrid).
