TL;DR

Senior Manager, Outbound Sales (SaaS): Leading and scaling the proactive growth engine across the Benelux region with an accent on pipeline generation and high-value customer acquisition. Focus on optimizing the outbound engine through ABM alignment and coaching a multi-layered sales organization.

Location: Must be based in the Benelux region (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg). Hybrid setup with offices in Ghent and Berlin.

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a multi-layered sales organization consisting of Field Managers and Strategic AEs.
  • Own the end-to-end outbound strategy for SME and enterprise segments, from prospecting to execution.
  • Drive pipeline and revenue growth with a focus on high-value opportunities and competitive switch plays.
  • Optimize the outbound engine using sequencing, social selling, and ABM alignment.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and data-driven insights to identify risks and coaching opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Product to localize GTM strategies for Benelux.

Requirements

  • Proven track record leading complex B2B SaaS sales teams in both high-velocity SME and enterprise environments.
  • Extensive experience in outbound sales leadership and scaling processes.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV) and the Benelux market nuances.
  • Fluency in Dutch is required; French is considered a strong plus.
  • Based in or authorized to work in the Benelux region.
