TL;DR

Partner Sales Sr. Manager (Wellness): Leading the strategic acquisition and management of top-tier fitness and wellness partners across the Benelux region with an accent on high-level B2B negotiations and market expansion. Focus on building a regional network of anchor partners and managing complex commercial deals to ensure a successful market launch.

Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam) — minimum of two days per week in-office based in Amsterdam

What you will do

  • Identify and sign strategic "Wishlist" partners across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
  • Lead high-level commercial discussions and multi-stakeholder negotiations involving Legal and Finance teams.
  • Manage and forecast a strategic sales pipeline to meet network density targets for market launch.
  • Adapt the global strategy to the Benelux market to ensure sustainable and mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with partners on technical integration topics such as APIs, access control, and booking systems.
  • Own partner relationships end-to-end, from initial prospecting to long-term collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in high-level B2B sales or business development with a track record in complex negotiations.
  • Native or fluent Dutch and fluent English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders across different markets.
  • Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach to resolving commercial challenges.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and Excel for pipeline management.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in French.
