Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam) — minimum of two days per week in-office based in Amsterdam

What you will do
- Identify and sign strategic "Wishlist" partners across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
- Lead high-level commercial discussions and multi-stakeholder negotiations involving Legal and Finance teams.
- Manage and forecast a strategic sales pipeline to meet network density targets for market launch.
- Adapt the global strategy to the Benelux market to ensure sustainable and mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with partners on technical integration topics such as APIs, access control, and booking systems.
- Own partner relationships end-to-end, from initial prospecting to long-term collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in high-level B2B sales or business development with a track record in complex negotiations.
- Native or fluent Dutch and fluent English.
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders across different markets.
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach to resolving commercial challenges.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and Excel for pipeline management.

- Fluency in French.
