Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam, Netherlands) — minimum 2 days per week in-office

What you will do

  • Identify and map a pipeline of top-tier Benelux prospects and engage key HR decision-makers.
  • Execute outbound activity via cold calling, emailing, and social selling on LinkedIn.
  • Drive the strategic positioning of hirify.global in the Benelux market.
  • Gather market feedback and local insights to shape the go-to-market approach.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and HR forums to build a professional network.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a strong plus).
  • Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam to meet the hybrid office requirement.
  • Proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
  • Strong motivation by targets and high energy for outbound activity.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
