What you will do

  • Achieve revenue targets and drive growth and expansion within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
  • Coach and manage the sales team to uncover new opportunities, develop new logos, and execute the sales cycle.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing sales talent.
  • Accurately forecast quarterly and annual revenue numbers for the assigned region.
  • Collaborate with sales engineering, professional services, product, and marketing teams to ensure a flawless customer experience.
  • Manage complex commercial negotiations and deals exceeding $1M ARR with Fortune 100 accounts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a front-line sales leader.
  • Proven track record managing team quotas over $5M ARR with 50%+ YOY growth.
  • Experience with transformational sales to C-level executives in Fortune 100 companies.
  • Expertise in MEDDPICC and value-selling methodologies.
  • Must be based in Amsterdam.
  • Established network of CIOs and IT directors within the Benelux territory.

Nice to have

  • Technical acumen and experience in Software Testing, ERP, or Software Quality.
