What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Solution Architects, providing guidance on technical direction and professional development.
• Partner with Sales on customer discovery calls to translate business needs into technical solutions and scopes.
• Own benchmarking and repeatable deployments for various modalities, including LLMs, embeddings, image/video generation, and VoiceAI.
• Drive POC and project execution, acting as the project manager and ringleader for customer implementations.
• Design, deploy, and manage high-performance, low-latency AI applications on the hirify.global platform.
• Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to ensure best-in-class performance, reliability, and cost efficiency for generative AI systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco or New York.
• AI/ML background with the ability to credibly discuss technical topics with stakeholders.
• 4+ years of professional Solution Architecture or Solutions Engineering experience.
• 1+ year of experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and the ability to run structured discovery.
• Technical depth to scope solutions and ability to script/prototype quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience running or supporting benchmarks for ML inference deployments.
• Familiarity with GPU infrastructure tradeoffs (e.g., H100s vs B200s, latency vs throughput).
• Experience as a cross-functional technical lead for customer POCs.
• Professional software engineering experience.
