Location: Based in Chelmsford, MA office; remote consideration for candidates living proximate to an international airport and willing to perform job responsibilities during Eastern Time Zone business hours.

Salary: $140,000 - 165,000 OTE

What you will do

• Drive the evaluation and adoption of a new developer-focused data pipeline service.
• Lead developer onboarding and evaluation processes, guiding prospects through setup, testing, and early production use.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor during the evaluation phase.
• Enhance developer experience by improving onboarding flows, documentation, and technical resources.
• Partner with Go-to-Market teams to create technical narratives, demos, and proof points for developers, ISVs, and system integrators.
• Represent Axis at industry events, trade shows, and developer forums.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency working with APIs, data pipelines, and developer tools.
• Ability to quickly understand and clearly explain complex technical systems.
• Experience supporting developer-facing products or services (e.g., SaaS platforms, APIs).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify true product gaps versus feature requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in cloud-based software development environments.
• Experience contributing to or supporting incubation or early-stage product initiatives (preferred).
• Background in data services, computer vision, or AI/ML pipelines (preferred).
