Salary: Base $135,000–$145,000; Total Target Compensation $155,250–$166,750

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients within the assigned territory.
  • Build trusting relationships with clinical and administrative leaders at hospitals and cardiology practices.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and utilization assessments to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Partner with implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption of hirify.global solutions.
  • Monitor client health metrics (NPS, turnaround times) to proactively identify and resolve risks.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to identify expansion opportunities and provide customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or business.
  • 7+ years of experience in client success or account management, preferably in healthcare or SaaS.
  • Experience working with health systems, cardiology groups, or outpatient imaging centers.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and data dashboards like Tableau or Looker.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory up to 40%.

Nice to have

  • Experience in startup environments (Series A-C).
  • Proficiency in Spanish.
