What you will do
- Lead end-to-end sales processes for strategic accounts, formulate strategies, and drive revenue growth in private health insurers, providers, public agencies, pharmacies, and digital health innovators.
- Develop and execute account plans for Australasian customers, build pipeline through relationships and account-based marketing.
- Nurture existing relationships, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and ensure long-term customer success and value realization.
- Negotiate software and services agreements, create demand using healthcare expertise, and collaborate with executives on tailored sales materials.
- Serve as voice of Australasian customers to product leadership and improve sales processes for new verticals.
- Leverage AI tools in daily workflow to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and team processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years in PaaS/SaaS sales and account management; 5+ years in healthcare digital transformation/consumer engagement
- Strong knowledge of Australian healthcare industry (providers, pharmacy retailers)
- Proven quota attainment in complex sales, exceptional C-suite relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated strategic account planning, analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales tools; experience with client presentations.
- Bachelor's in Business or equivalent; AI fluency with practical experience using AI tools responsibly.
