What you will do

  • Own a named account list and develop territory plans for mid-market business expansion.
  • Cultivate relationships with executive, business, and technical decision-makers through consultative engagement.
  • Develop strategies for large accounts aligned with business priorities using data-driven insights.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to position hirify.global solutions for innovation and business transformation.
  • Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to grow hirify.global's mid-market presence.
  • Drive revenue by building pipelines, forecasting accurately, and pursuing new and existing opportunities.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in technology-related sales or technical selling (or equivalent with degree).
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to serve business or client needs.

Nice to have

  • 8+ years in technology sales.
  • 2+ years enterprise-level DevOps, DevSecOps, or AI products sales.
  • Deep knowledge of mid-market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Experience with international clients or global sales environments.
  • Strong sales forecasting and pipeline management skills.
