What you will do
- Define and execute the EMEA partnerships and alliances strategy.
- Build a scalable indirect GTM motion across the UK and Ireland.
- Develop strategic plans for co-selling and joint pipeline generation to drive ARR growth.
- Manage executive-level relationships with channel partners, technology alliances, and consulting firms.
- Build partner onboarding, certification frameworks, and co-branded sales plays.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps teams.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years in SaaS partnerships, alliances, or channel leadership.
- Proven success building partner-led revenue in UK, Ireland, or EMEA.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, Consulting, or EHS software preferred.
- Strong enterprise commercial acumen and track record of delivering measurable pipeline growth.
- Proficiency in CRM and Salesforce.
