Enterprise Account Executive (EMEA): Own the full enterprise sales cycle for ’s open-source AI and data science platform with an accent on consultative, multi-threaded deals in large organizations. Location: Sales Remote (United Kingdom), based in UK with ability to travel within EMEA region for customer meetings and events

What you will do
- Build and manage pipeline of net-new enterprise opportunities across assigned EMEA territory
- Lead discovery with developers, platform teams, security, procurement, and executives
- Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes like productivity, cost optimization, and governance
- Orchestrate multi-threaded sales cycles with Sales Engineering for validations, evaluations, and POCs
- Own opportunities from discovery to close, with accurate forecasting in Salesforce
- Collaborate cross-functionally for implementations and expansion in enterprise accounts
Requirements
- 8+ years B2B SaaS sales experience closing complex enterprise deals in EMEA
- Proven success selling to technical buyers and translating tech value to business impact
- Experience navigating matrixed organizations with security, legal, procurement
- Understanding of developer/data team workflows (SDLC, platforms, cloud, open source)
- Comfort in ambiguous environments, proactive pipeline building, long consultative cycles
- Based in UK
Nice to have
- Experience selling developer tools, data platforms, AI, or OSS-adjacent products
- Background at high-growth startup or scale-up
- Track record of land-and-expand strategies
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger sales methodologies
- Experience selling across multiple EMEA countries or cultures
