What you will do

  • Shape and deliver go-to-market strategies aligned with regional opportunities and competitive landscape.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth and market share expansion through KPIs and market trend analysis.
  • Lead teams across sales, marketing, and operations, setting goals, hiring, and developing talent.
  • Build relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders while incorporating feedback.
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams on product, partnerships, and customer experience.
  • Represent the region externally at events and internally with senior leaders.

Requirements

  • Extensive senior leadership in GTM, ideally leading geo-based segments in high-growth SaaS sales.
  • Proven ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams for revenue growth.
  • In-depth understanding of EMEA markets, local culture, and business environment.
  • Strong business acumen to translate market intelligence into strategies.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environment; technology industry experience with curiosity for AI.
