What you will do
- Shape and deliver go-to-market strategies aligned with regional opportunities and competitive landscape.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth and market share expansion through KPIs and market trend analysis.
- Lead teams across sales, marketing, and operations, setting goals, hiring, and developing talent.
- Build relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders while incorporating feedback.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams on product, partnerships, and customer experience.
- Represent the region externally at events and internally with senior leaders.
Requirements
- Extensive senior leadership in GTM, ideally leading geo-based segments in high-growth SaaS sales.
- Proven ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams for revenue growth.
- In-depth understanding of EMEA markets, local culture, and business environment.
- Strong business acumen to translate market intelligence into strategies.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Thrive in fast-paced environment; technology industry experience with curiosity for AI.
