What you will do

  • Prepare and deliver engaging technical demonstrations linking platform features to customers' business challenges and people-first goals.
  • Support multi-threaded discovery sessions to uncover KPIs, initiatives, and pain points.
  • Build partnerships through consultative conversations, co-creating solutions for meaningful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and services teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
  • Champion customer feedback to product teams and leverage CRM data for sales strategy improvements.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks in pre-sales and implementation; develop integration and security knowledge.
  • Lead training, mentor juniors, and foster continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in pre-sales Sales Engineering/Solutions Consulting for SaaS and B2B software.
  • Strong consultative selling skills to translate technical details into business value.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, API integrations, and security principles.
  • Excellent communication to engage diverse stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.
  • Proven problem-solving, adaptability, growth mindset; experience with CRM and sales tools.
  • Comfortable with AI tools for productivity; ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

  • General knowledge of HR industry, business practices, and software systems.
  • Multilingual skills.
  • Experience with generative AI like ChatGPT.
