TL;DR

Territory Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Owning pipeline generation and revenue across EMEA for an AI-native MDR provider with an accent on mid-market and enterprise customer acquisition. Focus on running complex sales cycles, negotiating high-value ACV deals, and building a regional GTM motion from the ground up.

Location: Remote (UK, Germany, Spain, UAE). Must have EU or UK work authorization. Willingness to travel 40–60% across EMEA.

What you will do

  • Own an annual new-logo and expansion quota across the assigned EMEA territory.
  • Build and maintain 4x pipeline coverage via outbound prospecting, partner-sourced opportunities, and inbound leads.
  • Execute disciplined, multi-threaded sales cycles using MEDDPICC to close six- and seven-figure ACV deals.
  • Articulate platform value and ROI to technical buyers (CISOs, VP Engineering) and economic buyers (CIO, CFO).
  • Navigate regional regulations including GDPR, DORA, NIS2, and the AI Act.
  • Develop a regional ecosystem with GSIs, VARs, and MSSPs to accelerate market coverage.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • 3+ years of experience selling into enterprise accounts in EMEA.
  • Demonstrable track record of consistently hitting or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas.
  • Experience selling technical products (Cybersecurity, AI/ML, DevOps, or Data Infrastructure).
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German, French, Dutch, or a Nordic language is strongly preferred.
  • EU or UK work authorization required.

Nice to have

  • Existing network of CISOs and SecOps leaders in the UK and DACH markets.
  • Experience selling AI-native or agentic products.
  • Prior experience as one of the first sales hires in a US-headquartered startup standing up a new region.
