Remote EMEA: Germany | Austria | Switzerland | Balkans - Based in Germany. Willingness to travel up to 50%.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in assigned territories.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with enterprise clients.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers including CISOs, IT security leaders, and procurement teams.
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations articulating hirify.global’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success for customer engagement.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events and refine strategies based on market feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology sales with proven quota attainment.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, MDR, SIEM, EDR, SOAR.
  • Excellent negotiation, closing, and communication skills for all organizational levels.
  • Experience with CRM (SFDC), marketing tools (HubSpot, Apollo).
  • Familiarity with alliances: Google, Microsoft, AWS, MSPs, hyperscalers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.

Nice to have

  • Sales certifications: MEDDIC, Challenger Sales, Sandler Training.
  • Deep connections in Enterprise and Omni-channels within Central EMEA.
