What you will do

• Identify, engage, and close net-new enterprise and mid-market customers in the UAE.
• Build and maintain a 3–5x qualified pipeline against quota using MEDDPICC methodology.
• Map target accounts across Government, BFSI, Oil & Gas, and Large Enterprise sectors.
• Develop CXO/CISO relationships and position cybersecurity as a strategic business risk conversation.
• Lead large deal cycles ($50K–$500K+ ACV) and manage RFP/RFI processes.
• Collaborate with regional channel partners, distributors, and system integrators to drive shared success.

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience with a strong focus on new business.
• 5+ years of experience selling into UAE Government and/or Enterprise accounts.
• Proven track record of closing complex, high-value new-logo deals in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
• Existing credible network within UAE enterprise accounts to accelerate deal entry.
• English: Fluent (mandatory).
• Work Authorization: Must have legal authorization to work in the UAE without sponsorship.

• Spoken Arabic proficiency.
