What you will do
- Build deep understanding of SMB and enterprise customer voice usage, goals, workflows, and metrics.
- Identify and prioritize product opportunities for activation, adoption, retention, expansion, and outcomes.
- Lead product initiatives from discovery through launch, iteration, measurement, and improvement.
- Partner with engineering, design, data, sales, customer success, operations, marketing, and business development.
- Translate complex topics into strategy, briefs, requirements, analyses, and executive materials.
- Use feedback, data, and insights to drive improvements, positioning, launches, and go-to-market.
Requirements
- Product management experience or equivalent in building/scaling customer-facing tech products.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, SMB products, B2B platforms, business calling, communications, or growth.
- Strong customer discovery, commercial judgment, analytical skills, and engineering collaboration.
- High agency, ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and cross-boundary work.
- Strong communication for mixed audiences and comfort using AI tools.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS growth, customer success, onboarding, retention, or monetization.
- Products for sales, marketing, contact centers, or engagement teams.
- Telecom, voice products, telephony ecosystem, or carrier dynamics.
- Startup or entrepreneurial experience.
