Product Manager (Healthtech)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Healthtech): Owning critical workflows and census data for senior living products with an accent on data flow and resident experience. Focus on driving end-to-end product outcomes, partnering with engineering/UX, and translating complex insights into actionable product value.

Location: Remote (Canada) or Mississauga, Canada. Note: Remote roles require periodic travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City for onboarding and team events.

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for specific areas of Senior Living products.
• Act as the product expert and voice of the customer for a scrum team consisting of engineering and UX.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog and author user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, customer success, and clinical stakeholders.
• Manage products through the full development lifecycle, from discovery and strategy to delivery and iteration.
• Identify, communicate, and manage project risks effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Product Management function.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with large data foundations and census work (planning, collecting, and processing population data).

Nice to have

• Proven track record working with Technical Delivery and Engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of data foundation and regulatory functions regarding Protected Health Information (PHI).
