Product Manager (Health Tech)

Salary: $140,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Own product execution for a defined area, articulating direction and influencing cross-functional partners to deliver.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to understand customer segments, validate solutions, and build scalable products.
• Manage product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer impact, business goals, and market dynamics.
• Partner with engineering to define stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities; facilitate agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Drive product launches including release planning, documentation, communication, adoption, and iteration.
• Lead change management for initiatives, define success metrics, and operate autonomously in ambiguous environments.

Requirements

• 5-7 years' experience, with 4+ years hands-on Product Management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience leading cross-functional sprint teams (design, engineering, QA) and managing technology-enabled initiatives.
• Strong customer-centric mindset, using insights/data/analytics for product decisions and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication skills; familiarity with Jira, Confluence; ability to drive clarity and manage priorities.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
