What you will do

• Develop deep understanding of user journeys by analyzing product funnels and identifying friction points.
• Own user feedback analysis from reviews, support, and research into actionable improvements.
• Drive bug triage, prioritization, and resolution with engineering teams.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of growth-focused product initiatives.
• Partner with design and engineering to build and ship high-quality experiences.
• Design and analyze A/B tests to improve funnel conversion.
• Translate customer and business problems into hypotheses, requirements, and roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in product management, management consulting, or product/business operations, ideally in high-growth environments.
• Strong structured thinking to break down complex problems.
• High analytical proficiency using data to validate hypotheses.
• Strong customer empathy and understanding of user behavior.
• Developing product intuition for UX flows.
• Comfort in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Flexibility for partial overlap with international hours (preferred).
