What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in assigned territories or verticals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers including CISOs and IT security leaders.
  • Manage partner relationships and support their portfolios.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and solution overviews.
  • Handle full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events and travel up to 50% for client relationships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in cybersecurity sales, SaaS sales, or enterprise technology sales with proven quota attainment.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, MDR services, threat landscape.
  • Excellent negotiation, closing, and communication skills for all organizational levels.
  • Ability to convey technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SIEM, EDR, SOAR technologies.
  • Sales certifications like MEDDIC, Challenger Sales, or Sandler Training.
  • Experience with Google SecOps and Chronicle.
