TL;DR

Location: Remote (USA - Eastern Region preferred)

Salary: $160,000 - $215,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of senior sales people, focusing on personnel management and professional development.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to close new Cloud Security business and expand regional revenue.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including pipeline development, forecasting, and quota attainment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, System Engineering, Product) to drive prospect engagement.
  • Negotiate and close complex agreements to exceed booking and revenue targets.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com and CLARI for accurate prospect tracking and data analytics.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA (Eastern Region preferred).
  • 10+ years of successful solution sales experience leading a sales team in cybersecurity or infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of exceeding booking and revenue targets in major enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with MEDDPICC sales methodology.
