What you will do

• Own the day-to-day operational relationship with top European financial institutions.
• Provide high-level support via Zendesk and Slack, serving as the first escalation point for complex issues.
• Manage SLAs and identify systemic improvements for business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
• Advocate for client interests internally, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams.
• Establish standards for transparent client communication through structured weekly, monthly, and quarterly touchpoints.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in client-facing roles within banking or investments.
• Professional fluency in German and English.
• Deep familiarity with regulated financial environments.
• Experience with software-as-a-service (SaaS) or Banking-as-a-Service products.
• Strong stakeholder management and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in or be able to work remotely from Europe.
