Location: Onsite in Woodbury, NY 11797 (reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work required). Operates as part of a US East Coast-based team with EST working hours (9:00am–5:30pm).
Salary: $115K–$130K

What you will do
- Partner with leadership on strategic HR including organizational design, workforce planning, and policy development.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Lead performance reviews, employee development, training, and leadership pipeline building.
- Handle employee relations, inquiries, investigations, and engagement initiatives.
- Oversight payroll accuracy, benefits administration, and HRIS data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, conduct audits, and manage HR projects like implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–7 years progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in managerial/supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, employee relations, performance management, benefits.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (UKG preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to handle confidential information.
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) or advanced degree preferred.
