$150K – $180K + performance bonus

What you will do
- Design and scale onboarding, manager enablement, leadership development, and career growth programs
- Partner with leadership on skill gaps, performance development, feedback mechanisms, org planning, and headcount modeling
- Support compensation benchmarking, leveling frameworks, promotion criteria, and organizational design
- Own HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes
- Build scalable people infrastructure, processes, and reporting for rapid growth
- Advise managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, and team effectiveness
- Shape high-performance culture during organizational growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR/People Operations/HRBP/Generalist experience in high-growth startup or fast-paced environment
- Strong experience in Learning & Development / Talent Development / Performance Enablement
- Experience building or managing compensation bands, leveling frameworks, and organizational design
- Deep familiarity with HR operations, policies, compliance, and employee lifecycle management
- Strong operational mindset to build processes from ambiguity
- Excellent judgment, communication, stakeholder management, organization, and autonomy in fast-moving environments
