TL;DR

People Manager (HR): Building people infrastructure for high-growth AI firm with an accent on Learning & Development, Organizational Design, Compensation Planning, and HR Operations. Focus on designing onboarding programs, performance feedback mechanisms, compensation frameworks, and scalable processes to support rapid scaling.

$150K – $180K + performance bonus

What you will do

• Design and scale onboarding, manager enablement, leadership development, and career growth programs
• Partner with leadership on skill gaps, performance development, feedback mechanisms, org planning, and headcount modeling
• Support compensation benchmarking, leveling frameworks, promotion criteria, and organizational design
• Own HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes
• Build scalable people infrastructure, processes, and reporting for rapid growth
• Advise managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, and team effectiveness
• Shape high-performance culture during organizational growth

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR/People Operations/HRBP/Generalist experience in high-growth startup or fast-paced environment
• Strong experience in Learning & Development / Talent Development / Performance Enablement
• Experience building or managing compensation bands, leveling frameworks, and organizational design
• Deep familiarity with HR operations, policies, compliance, and employee lifecycle management
• Strong operational mindset to build processes from ambiguity
• Excellent judgment, communication, stakeholder management, organization, and autonomy in fast-moving environments
