TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing customer relationships for an AI-native MDR platform with an accent on driving adoption, retention, and security outcome maximization. Focus on executing customer success plans, conducting business reviews, and collaborating cross-functionally to reduce churn.

Location: Must be based in the USA. Hybrid roles in Overland Park, KS or Sarasota, FL; fully remote available for exceptional talent. Relocation packages available to Kansas City or Sarasota.

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring they fully leverage the MDR platform to meet security goals.
  • Own the post-sale customer relationship to drive engagement, retention, and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans, ensuring smooth onboarding and continued adoption.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to internal teams for product improvements.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess security posture and align on future goals.
  • Analyze customer usage data to identify trends and implement strategies to mitigate churn.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within cybersecurity, SaaS, or MDR services.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat detection, and incident response.
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Must be based in the US or be open to relocating to the USA.
  • Ability to travel 10-15% to meet with key customers.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, SOAR, Google SecOps, or Chronicle.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CSM (Certified Customer Success Manager).
