Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 + performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Analyze historical financials, cash flows, liquidity, and capital structures
• Build and maintain financial models including forecasts, liquidity analyses, valuations, and damages computations
• Assess operating performance, trends, and drivers of liquidity, valuation, and recoveries
• Support out-of-court workouts, debt restructurings, Chapter 11 cases, and litigation engagements
• Perform financial due diligence and investigative analysis with incomplete data
• Synthesize findings into clear analyses and presentations; manage workstreams and deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; finance, accounting, economics preferred
• 2–4 years in corporate finance, accounting, restructuring, valuation, investment banking, consulting, or litigation support
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills, financial statement analysis, and modeling
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Problem-solving, communication, organization, and team orientation

Nice to have

• CPA candidacy or MBA
• Familiarity with Capital IQ or similar platforms
