Salary: $67,000 - $85,000 base per year + 20% commission

What you will do

  • Drive customer success, adoption, engagement, and retention across a diverse client portfolio.
  • Lead engagement through direct interactions and scalable programs such as webinars and office hours.
  • Mhirify.globalor customer health and usage trends to proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders in Legal Ops, Finance, and IT.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Support, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Guide customers to maximize the impact and value of hirify.global's AI-centric solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation.
  • Experience working within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Background in legal technology or workflow automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and their relation to customer outcomes.
  • Experience using customer data or health metrics to drive strategic decisions.
  • Experience building or improving scalable customer success programs.
