Location: Remote (USA)
Salary: $67,000 - $85,000 base per year + 20% commission

What you will do
- Drive customer success, adoption, engagement, and retention across a diverse client portfolio.
- Lead engagement through direct interactions and scalable programs such as webinars and office hours.
- Mor customer health and usage trends to proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders in Legal Ops, Finance, and IT.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Support, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Guide customers to maximize the impact and value of 's AI-centric solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation.
- Experience working within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Proven ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Background in legal technology or workflow automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and their relation to customer outcomes.
- Experience using customer data or health metrics to drive strategic decisions.
- Experience building or improving scalable customer success programs.
