What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise and mid-market accounts to drive long-term client satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the internal owner of account health, ensuring alignment between client expectations and engineer performance.
  • Monitor customer health metrics to proactively identify churn risks and expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with engineering leads to identify early delivery risks and coordinate mitigation plans.
  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Account Directors and Executives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Partnerships within tech or professional services.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts (ideally $1M+ in annual revenue).
  • Strong understanding of AI, data, and software development environments.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams or technical stakeholders to support delivery.
  • English: C1 level (written and verbal) required.
  • Must be based in Colombia.
