What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to C-Suite stakeholders on AI operationalization and collaborative work management.
• Architect AI adoption roadmaps and Success Plans aligned with strategic KPIs and business outcomes.
• Manage the end-to-end customer journey through complex change management and AI governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with Sales to secure renewals and identify high-value expansion opportunities.
• Establish and scale internal Centers of Excellence (CoE) and Champion Networks within client organizations.
• Serve as a strategic conduit between customers and R&D to translate field requirements into product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience with 6+ years in SaaS-based Customer Success or Account Management.
• Proven track record of orchestrating high-stakes Fortune 500 enterprise accounts.
• Experience leading complex technology implementations and driving growth through product-led and sales-led motions.
• Ability to translate complex AI workflows into tangible business value.
• Must be based in Chicago to adhere to the office-centric hybrid schedule.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for on-site customer engagements.
