Location: Must be based in the Western United States (Hybrid or Remote options available)
Salary: Base $110,000 - $130,000; OTE $220,000 - $260,000

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing large, strategic deals.
- Develop and manage relationships with C-level leaders and procurement teams in public safety agencies.
- Navigate long government procurement processes, including RFPs and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to drive solution adoption.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall sales experience.
- 5+ years of experience in complex, technical enterprise sales (e.g., SaaS, GovTech, Cybersecurity).
- Proven track record of closing large-scale deals ($100K to $1M+).
- Strong technical and business acumen regarding SaaS and AI-driven technology.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in public safety, defense, or GovTech.
- Background in MEDDPICC or related sales methodologies.
- Former startup experience, military background, or elite athlete history.
