TL;DR

Corporate Account Executive (AI): Driving net-new logo acquisition and expansion for a Work AI platform within the 50–300 employee segment with an accent on full-cycle SaaS deals and value-driven sales. Focus on navigating complex organizational structures, identifying executive sponsors, and executing data-driven ROI justifications.

Location: Hybrid (4 days a week in San Francisco office)

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 OTE

hirify.global is a Work AI platform that provides an enterprise search ecosystem, AI Assistant, and scalable AI agents to help organizations govern, scale, and customize AI across their business.

What you will do

  • Source and close net-new logos within a given territory.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to identify executive sponsors and champions.
  • Execute value-driven sales cycles based on a deep understanding of customer business objectives.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, SEs, and sales leadership to build pipeline and ensure customer success.
  • Deliver ARR revenue targets and drive predictable bookings through a metric-based approach.
  • Develop ROI and business justification reports and run tight POCs based on success criteria.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of closing experience in Sales with a track record of top performance.
  • Ability to pitch and demonstrate highly technical products in a fast-growing environment.
  • Proven experience building relationships and selling face-to-face to C-level executives.
  • Technical understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, security, and analytics.
  • Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

  • Experience with MEDDPIC and Challenger (or similar) methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of search infrastructure.
