TL;DR
Corporate Account Executive (AI): Driving net-new logo acquisition and expansion for a Work AI platform within the 50–300 employee segment with an accent on full-cycle SaaS deals and value-driven sales. Location: Hybrid (4 days a week in San Francisco office)
Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 OTE

What you will do
- Source and close net-new logos within a given territory.
- Navigate complex organizational structures to identify executive sponsors and champions.
- Execute value-driven sales cycles based on a deep understanding of customer business objectives.
- Collaborate with SDRs, SEs, and sales leadership to build pipeline and ensure customer success.
- Deliver ARR revenue targets and drive predictable bookings through a metric-based approach.
- Develop ROI and business justification reports and run tight POCs based on success criteria.
Requirements
- 2+ years of closing experience in Sales with a track record of top performance.
- Ability to pitch and demonstrate highly technical products in a fast-growing environment.
- Proven experience building relationships and selling face-to-face to C-level executives.
- Technical understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, security, and analytics.
- Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco, CA.
Nice to have
- Experience with MEDDPIC and Challenger (or similar) methodologies.
- Basic understanding of search infrastructure.
