What you will do

• Analyze user journeys and product funnels to identify friction points and optimization opportunities.
• Synthesize customer feedback from multiple sources into actionable product insights.
• Manage bug triage and resolution processes in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Drive end-to-end execution of scoped initiatives such as feature enhancements and landing pages.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including design, analytics, and marketing to improve UX.
• Contribute to A/B testing, experiment design, and funnel performance analysis.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in consulting, product management, or product operations roles.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to simplify complex challenges through structured thinking.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.
• Strong communication skills for synthesizing insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with growth, experimentation, or funnel optimization.
