Product Manager (DevSecOps)

TL;DR

Product Manager (DevSecOps): Leading the development and prioritization of CI/CD, security, and infrastructure features for government healthcare platforms with an accent on secure data pipelines and compliance. Location: Remote (US). Must be able to pass U.S. Federal Government public trust clearance (US citizens or residents who lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years) and work within the Eastern time zone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

Salary: $100,300 - $137,000

What you will do

• Lead and mentor the team in SAFe Agile values, principles, and practices.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog for CI/CD, security, and infrastructure features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and scalable data pipelines, platforms, and systems.
• Coordinate internal and external product releases, including requirement development and comprehensive testing.
• Align DevSecOps initiatives with business goals, HHS/CMS security and privacy compliance, and data governance policies.
• Oversee infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices and drive automation of security monitoring in CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Must pass public trust clearance through the U.S. Federal Government (US citizenship or specific residency/visa requirements).
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• 4-7 years of experience in product management and end-to-end delivery in government or commercial healthcare industries.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps concepts, cloud security principles, and software pipeline tools.
• Ability to operate within the Eastern time zone for client responsiveness.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for translating technical risks into business impact.

Nice to have

• Certified PO/PM or Leading SAFe certifications.
• Experience with government agencies, contractors, or public sector partners.
• Experience with vulnerability management, penetration testing, and risk assessments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, and GitHub Actions.
