What you will do

• Define business specifications and scope from concept to launch with high precision to reduce engineering ambiguity.
• Own backlog management, including prioritization of stories, features, and communication of tradeoffs.
• Write and refine detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can build from confidently.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies such as refinement, planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups.
• Translate customer workflows into actionable requirements by engaging with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to accelerate documentation, discovery, and backlog grooming.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Demonstrated experience working within Agile software development methodologies.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Google Suite.
• Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams across different time zones.
