What you will do

• Drive the IAM product lifecycle, including authentication, RBAC, user management, and audit logs.
• Define and maintain product roadmaps to balance immediate enterprise needs with long-term platform vision.
• Collaborate with security and engineering teams to prioritize and deliver reliable, secure system improvements.
• Work with solution architects to ensure IAM features integrate seamlessly into enterprise environments.
• Support integrations with key enterprise systems such as HRIS, ITSM, and identity providers.
• Ensure IAM capabilities are well-documented and usable for customer-facing teams and clients.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3+ years of experience in product management or a highly technical role like engineering or solutions architecture.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand system design, APIs, and authentication flows.
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with engineering and security stakeholders.
• Experience working with enterprise administration or access control systems.
• Strong product judgment and communication skills for technical discussions.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with enterprise security concepts such as least privilege, audit governance, and compliance.
• Practical exposure to IAM protocols including OAuth, SAML, SCIM, OIDC, or SSO.
• Experience with organizational hierarchy models or delegated administration.
• Background in building observable platform services for enterprise customers.
