What you will do
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end marketing workflow covering intake, scoping, briefing, asset creation, QA, launch, and measurement
- Build and enforce SLAs, work-back schedules, Gantt charts, and planning rhythms with cross-functional teams
- Drive campaign delivery across Marketing, Creative, Lifecycle, Operations, and Go-to-Market
- Use data metrics to identify bottlenecks, measure SLA adherence, and enforce accountability
- Integrate AI-driven automation into workflows for briefing, QA, and reporting
- Maintain visibility and reporting on campaign status, blockers, and delivery health for leadership
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of marketing program management, marketing operations, or campaign operations experience
- Demonstrated ability to design and optimize end-to-end workflows in high-volume marketing environments
- Strong project management skills with work-back plans, Gantt charts, SLAs, and process documentation
- Proficiency with Google Sheets for project tracking and capacity planning
- Familiarity with marketing tools like Figma, Braze, Jira, and Notion
- Data-driven approach to performance tracking and accountability
Nice to have
- Experience in FinTech or high-volume e-commerce marketing
- Familiarity with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Braze AI Studio
- Track record implementing AI or automation in marketing workflows
