What you will do
- Serve as primary transformation partner for FP&A, identifying AI, automation, and modern finance tech opportunities to accelerate planning, forecasting, and reporting.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional programs, managing plans, schedules, resources, OKRs, KPIs, and holding teams accountable.
- Anticipate and mitigate program risks, resolve dependencies, facilitate trade-offs, and escalate issues proactively.
- Develop communication plans, deliver executive presentations, and conduct reviews to align geographically distributed stakeholders.
- Lead business process redesign, ensure efficiency improvements, and contribute to program management best practices and vendor partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years in finance systems, transformation, program management, or business systems supporting FP&A/enterprise planning.
- Experience managing large-scale cross-functional programs with enterprise impact, ideally ERP/EPM implementations.
- Strong FP&A process knowledge for engaging finance leaders on planning, forecasting, reporting, analytics.
- Experience across Finance, Technology, Data in matrixed environments; manage budgets, cost-benefit, resources.
