What you will do

• Own full lifecycle of camera deployment programs from planning through installation and go-live
• Develop detailed program schedules, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies
• Partner cross-functionally with site acquisition, development, field operations, sales, and customer success
• Engage directly with customers to align requirements, communicate progress, and ensure satisfaction
• Define and optimize station coverage plans based on customer needs and operational constraints
• Collaborate with hardware/software teams to troubleshoot issues and build reporting for stakeholders

Requirements

• 7+ years in Technical Program Management, Operations, or related role in fast-paced environment
• Proven experience managing complex hardware/software integrated programs from concept to deployment
• Strong technical fluency to partner with engineering and diagnose system issues
• Cross-functional experience with operations, sales, and customer-facing teams
• Excellent communication for executives and customers, strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
• Experience building processes and automating workflows; willingness for hands-on work and up to 10% travel
