Senior Manager, Software Development (.NET)

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers and QA engineers.
• Drive the delivery of scalable services using .NET and AWS cloud-native architectures.
• Own production health, uptime, and system reliability for mission-critical applications.
• Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident improvements.
• Partner with product and architecture teams to align on roadmaps and system design.
• Promote the adoption of AI-assisted tools to enhance engineering productivity and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development and platform engineering.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering or cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong technical expertise in .NET (C#) and distributed system architectures.
• Experience building and operating applications in AWS cloud environments.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Atlanta, GA.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare technology or mission-critical enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled platforms or intelligent automation technologies.
• Experience supporting large-scale production environments and client deployments.
