GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI Cloud): Own full-cycle recruitment across go-to-market functions including Business Development, Pre-Sales, Partner, and Marketing with an accent on sourcing passive high-calibre talent and building strong talent pipelines. Focus on developing market intelligence on competitors and trends, partnering with leadership to align hiring to commercial objectives, and analysing recruitment metrics for process improvements.
Location: London, UK (Hybrid - Tuesday to Thursday in the office)

What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruitment for multiple GTM roles simultaneously with structured, high-quality processes
- Proactively source and engage passive GTM talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and outreach
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define requirements, challenge briefs, and align hiring to business goals
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across markets, competitors, and industries
- Develop insights on GTM talent landscape in AI, cloud, and infrastructure, including compensation trends
- Lead sourcing campaigns, track metrics, and manage ATS workflows for visibility and efficiency
- Support employer branding through content and candidate engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting GTM roles (sales, pre-sales, partner, marketing) in tech environments
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or scale-up settings
- Strong direct sourcing skills, especially for passive candidates
- Solid commercial awareness of how GTM drives revenue
- Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments
- Highly organised and data-driven approach
Nice to have
- Experience in cloud, AI, infrastructure, or deep tech recruiting
- Exposure to NVIDIA ecosystem or adjacent markets
- Building talent maps and market insights
- Employer branding or talent attraction initiatives
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics tools or HR tech
