What you will do

• Lead architecture and solution design for Conga CPQ and CLM implementations.
• Gather business requirements and design scalable QTC processes integrated with Salesforce.
• Architect product configuration, pricing rules, discounting logic, and approval workflows.
• Design contract generation, redlining, clause libraries, e-signature, and renewal workflows.
• Define integrations with third-party systems like ERP, DocuSign, SAP, Oracle, or billing platforms.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct reviews, optimize performance, and support production issues.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong Salesforce ecosystem exposure.
• Hands-on expertise in Conga CPQ and Conga CLM implementations.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle.
• Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture and customization.
• Expertise in product configuration, pricing models, quoting, and contract workflows.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, Flows, and APIs.
• Experience with enterprise-scale implementations and multi-region deployments.
