What you will do

• Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud (CPQ), Service Cloud (FSM), Pardot, and B2B Cloud.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, technical designs, and comprehensive documentation.
• Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Salesforce development team.
• Establish and run a Design Authority to govern architectural decisions and maintain consistency across projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with a focus on Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and FSM.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, and standard Salesforce development tools.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, including branching strategies, pipelines, and CI scripts.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns.
• Must be based in Germany to support the hybrid work model in Rastatt.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Architect certifications.
• Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL).
