Location: Work From Home (Philippines). Work schedule 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM PH time (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM AEDT).

What you will do

• Lead solution design: data model, security/sharing, automation, integrations, non-functional requirements.
• Build and deliver hands-on using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and configuration.
• Provide technical leadership: code reviews, test approach, release readiness, governance.
• Design integrations (REST/SOAP) with mapping, transformation, resiliency, error handling.
• Uplift and modernize existing orgs: security reviews, refactoring, workflow migration to Flow.
• Mentor developers and collaborate with stakeholders for high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Mandatory certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I, OmniStudio Developer, OmniStudio Consultant, AI Associate.
• Salesforce delivery experience with hands-on engineering.
• Architecture contributions in complex environments (security, data, integration, maintainability).
• OmniStudio experience: FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist.
• Architect track certifications: Application Architect, Data Architect, Sharing & Visibility Architect, Platform App Builder.
