Accounts Payable Manager (Procure to Pay)

What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end PTP operations for the EMEA region, including invoice verification, approvals, and supplier reconciliations.
• Lead and develop a team of onshore and offshore staff, fostering a customer-service oriented culture.
• Drive process optimization and digital transformation using SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and automation tools.
• Maintain ownership of the AP sub-ledger and coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, SOX compliance, and company policies.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and resolve complex vendor disputes.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading PTP or Accounts Payable functions in a shared service centre or multinational environment.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Ariba (PTP module).
• Proven track record in process automation and digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of SOX compliance and internal risk mitigation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Must be able to work from the office at least 2 days per week.

• Recognized accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
